The Stables

Complete refurbishment and conversion of the Grade II listed former stable block into eight luxury apartments. (The dilapidated existing structure was taken back to bare brickwork throughout).
Works included the refurbishment of the external stonework in its entirety, new first floors throughout, new roof structure, new windows and complete internal remodelling to form the apartments.
New build section joining onto the existing structure to form additional apartments.
External hard and soft landscaping works.
